Show HN: HN Match Maker – Matching "Who Wants to Be Hired?" With "Who's Hiring?"

The HN Match Maker tool extracts data from the monthly “Who Wants to Be Hired?” and “Who’s Hiring?” threads using a language model, then scores and filters matches based on salary, domain experience, remote versus onsite preferences, and other criteria. It provides two interfaces—jobs-by-user and user-by-jobs—accessible via URLs such as https://hnmatchmaker.com/user/G4Vi, allowing participants to view compatible job listings.
