Show HN: HomeCat – Design your backyard office

HomeCat is a web tool that lets users design backyard offices or sheds by entering an address and desired dimensions, then generates code-compliant concepts and allows further customization via chat. It currently handles most zoning, HOA and other regulations, producing ready-to-build plans such as a compliant 8 × 8 office in San Francisco.
