Show HN: Keen Bean – Mac meeting notes that draft the spec while you talk

Keen Bean operates on macOS, captures meeting audio, and sends it to a transcription service. It then uses a local model to produce real-time task cards, decisions, risks, blockers, and drafts specifications, diagrams, and screen mock-ups as speakers talk. All results are stored locally as Markdown and JSON, exportable to tools such as Obsidian, while no audio or transcript is transmitted to Keen Bean’s servers; subscription fees cover only the capped transcription and model keys.
