A macOS menu-bar utility captures the text of the active window every few seconds via the Accessibility API, storing it as plain-text Markdown files—one per day—in a user-selected folder. The folder includes an AGENTS.md file that defines the format for AI models, enabling queries such as “what did I work on Tuesday?” without relying on screenshots, video, or OCR.
