SiMa.ai raises $150m at a $1.45bn valuation for physical AI chips

SiMa.ai secured $150 million in a Series C round, valuing the San Jose startup at $1.45 billion and bringing total funding to $500 million. The capital will expand its Palette Neat software platform and fund new hardware slated for 2028, targeting drones, humanoid robots, driver-assist systems, and AI-powered car cockpits. Revenue growth quadrupled year-on-year between 2024 and 2025, with customers including Bosch, Emerson, Micron, Synopsys, and TRUMPF.
