Slovenia becomes the sixth EU country to clear Tesla’s FSD, a month before the bloc votes

Slovenia has granted approval for Tesla’s FSD Supervised, making it the sixth EU member state to recognize the Level-2 driver-assistance system, which steers, changes lanes and parks while keeping the driver legally liable. The approval follows the Dutch-originated mutual-recognition process and adds pressure ahead of the European Commission’s Technical Committee vote scheduled for 6 October, where a qualified majority is required for bloc-wide clearance.
