Oklo is building an SMR reactor in Idaho to supply Meta with electricity, adding to about 22 active U.S. reactor projects. Stripe is acquiring OpenRouter for $7.5 billion, allocating $1.5 billion to founders and $6 billion to investors, and will integrate OpenRouter’s AI-model routing with its payments platform. Marvell issued Google a warrant for up to 59 million shares at $206.58 each, and Amazon announced drone-delivery expansion to at least five new U.S. cities by the end of 2026.
