Snapchat takes aim at Partiful with new event-planning features

Snapchat launched “Snapchat Plans,” letting users create events with a title, date, time, and up to 200 invited friends, who receive invitations in one-on-one chats and can RSVP “Going,” “Maybe,” or “Can’t Go.” The platform adds a “My Plans” profile section, guest-list visibility, real-time updates, and hour-before reminders, positioning it against services like Partiful and Apple’s Invites.
