AI researcher Luke Metz, who returned to OpenAI from TML earlier this year, has joined Meta’s Superintelligence Labs and will report to Alexandr Wang. Nvidia announced that its Groq 3 LPX inference accelerator is now in full production, with Nebius as the first customer, and that SpaceXAI will adopt Vera CPUs. Nvidia is also in talks to invest in Perplexity’s financing round, which would value the startup at more than $30 billion.
