Nvidia is investing tens of millions of dollars in Mercor, valuing the AI startup at $20 billion. Stripe will acquire OpenRouter for $7.5 billion, allocating $1.5 billion to founders and $6 billion to investors while integrating its payments platform with AI model routing. Marvell granted Google a warrant to buy up to 59 million shares for $12.2 billion in exchange for chip supply. SpaceX’s proposal to acquire Cognition was rejected.
