Broadcom is negotiating a debt financing package exceeding $60 billion with a consortium of lenders to fund an AI-chip program that will supply Anthropic and other companies with custom silicon. In parallel, Nevada regulators approved permits for Tesla to deploy up to 5,000 robotaxis and authorized Waymo and Uber each to operate 1,000 autonomous vehicles in the state.
