Nvidia has agreed to purchase open-source AI platform Hugging Face for $12.9 billion, its second-largest deal after a $20 billion acquisition of Groq assets in December 2025. Earlier in 2026, OpenAI estimated that its top-five customer Cursor would generate more than $1 billion in annualized revenue for the company.
