OpenAI launched GPT-6 Astra, calling it a generational leap and the first model entering the AGI era. It was trained on a record-size run using over 100,000 GPUs at the Texas “Stargate” facility. Pricing is $10 per million input tokens and $50 per million output tokens. The model scores 62.7% on ARC-AGI-3 with a standard harness (99.9% with a provider-adapter harness), outperforming Claude Opus 5 (30.2%) and GPT-5.6 Sol (7.8%).
