OpenAI released GPT-6 Astra, describing it as a “generational leap” and positioning it as the start of an AGI era. The model achieved 62.7% on ARC-AGI-3 with the standard harness and 99.9% with a provider-adapter harness, and is priced at $10 per million input tokens and $50 per million output tokens. Astra was trained on OpenAI’s largest run to date, employing over 100,000 GPUs at the Stargate facility in Texas.
