Nvidia has agreed to acquire open-source AI platform Hugging Face for $12.9 billion, its second-largest deal after the $20 billion Groq assets purchase. Meanwhile, Saudi AI firm Humain aims to raise a $2.5 billion fund to build 250 MW of data-center capacity in Saudi Arabia.
