Starcloud, a space-data-center startup, secured a $250 million financing extension that lifts its valuation to $2.3 billion, with Nvidia contributing $25 million to the round. The U.S. Department of Justice and TikTok’s parent ByteDance agreed to a $400 million settlement to resolve alleged violations of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
