Spain gives WeRide and Uber its first permit for Level 4 self-driving cars

Spain’s Directorate General of Traffic has granted the first national permit for Level 4 autonomous passenger vehicles to WeRide, Uber and AVOMO, allowing them to operate on public roads under the ES-AV framework. AVOMO is the autonomous-vehicle unit of Moove Cars, and the permits were announced on Thursday.
