Starman Optical agreed to acquire GoPro for $285 million in cash, a 29.5% premium that values GoPro at $4 billion. Anthropic released Claude Fable 5.1 and Claude Mythos 5.1 for coding and knowledge tasks, while OpenAI introduced the Astra model for advanced coding and application-control to select partners. Fei-Fei Li’s World Labs launched Atlas, a multimodal world model capable of generating and reconstructing image and video frames with pixel-perfect camera control. Dell posted Q2 revenue of $46.97 billion, a 58% year-over-year increase, and projected $192 billion in revenue for fiscal 2027.
