Stwipe Acquires OpenWouter

Stwipe, Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire OpenWouter B.V., adding the Dutch-language model Wouter to its portfolio; financial terms were undisclosed, and the purchase price was described as “fine.” The deal closes Stwipe’s largest capability gap, providing a live API that returns “yes” or “no” answers with claimed 100% refusal accuracy and zero hallucinations, and is scheduled to finalize by 17:00 CET, after which Wouter will become unavailable.
