Supreme Court won’t hear AI-generated art copyright case

The US Supreme Court declined to hear a case on AI-generated art copyrights. Stephen Thaler's algorithm-created image, "A Recent Entrance to Paradise," was rejected for copyright in 2019 due to lack of "human authorship." The Copyright Office disqualifies AI-generated art from protection.
