TCS buys Porsche’s MHP for €320m and lands a €1.25bn contract with it

Tata Consultancy Services will acquire Porsche-owned MHP for €320 million, transferring its 4,500-person workforce and €742 million 2025 revenue to TCS within three to four months. Simultaneously, Porsche will sign a five-year services contract worth €1.25 billion, with TCS establishing a dedicated centre of excellence to support the carmaker’s automotive and industrial clients.
