Tesla secures $30B in new credit lines as it looks to scale Cybercab, Optimus
Tesla secured $30 billion in new credit lines: a $20 billion Citibank delayed-draw term loan, an $8 billion Wells Fargo five-year revolving facility, and a $2 billion revolving line with a 364-day term. The company will not draw on these facilities in 2024 and plans to spend at least $25 billion on capital expenditures in 2026 to build dedicated factories for the Cybercab, Optimus robot, and Tesla Semi.
