Tesla’s Optimus robot is going through growing pains

Tesla aims to produce 20,000 Optimus robots per week but has only made several hundred last month after repurposing Model S and Model X lines for the robot. The new production lines struggle with parts that are much smaller and require tighter alignment than car components. Even the V3 Optimus models face issues with hand assembly and other fine-tuned components.
