Thailand has halted construction of 49 data centers while it drafts new industry regulations amid global tightening of oversight. OpenAI released GPT-6 Astra, describing it as a generational leap toward AGI; the model was trained on a run using more than 100,000 GPUs, scores 62.7% on ARC-AGI-3, and is priced at $10 per million input tokens and $50 per million output tokens.
