That fake Grand Theft Auto VI demo is actually just malware

Cybercriminals have set up counterfeit Rockstar sites that claim to offer a playable Grand Theft Auto VI demo, but the “Play Now” download is actually an information-stealing malware that extracts passwords, cookies and browser sessions, even bypassing multi-factor authentication. Malwarebytes warns that the fake demo is the only such file, and advises users to download only from verified sources.
