There's a rash of scam spam coming from a real Microsoft address

Scam spam is being sent from a legitimate Microsoft email address, no-reply-powerbi@microsoft.com. The address is used for subscription emails, but is now sending fake charge notices. The emails prompt users to call a phone number, leading to potential remote access scams.
