These new robot lawnmowers trim your edges

Anker’s Eufy Robot Lawn Mower S2 Max, unveiled at IFA 2026, includes an extendable trimming arm that edges driveways and flower beds. It uses dual-blade vSLAM navigation with built-in cameras to create a 3-D map, eliminating boundary wires or RTK stations, and can mow up to 3.7 acres on slopes up to 38 degrees. The all-wheel-drive unit launches in May 2027 for €3,999, with pricing for the United States not yet disclosed.
