Tin: full-text search for Postgres

Tin is a new Postgres full-text search extension that supports Boolean, phrase, and span queries; fuzzy, wildcard, and regex matching; case and accent folding; and COUNT(*) and BM25-ranked top-k queries. Benchmarks on an 85 GB Stack Exchange corpus show Tin outperforms existing Postgres indexes, delivering fast results even with concurrent writes on an AWS i7i.8xlarge EC2 instance.
