Together AI, a provider of open-source AI models, signed a partnership with Saudi-based Humain to access its compute infrastructure, allowing the company to run workloads outside the United States. The arrangement is intended to sidestep growing U.S. regulatory and political pressure on domestic data-center operations for AI training.
