TurboKV: Insanely fast Rust key-value store

TurboKV is an asynchronous embedded Rust key-value store offering atomic batch writes, ordered range scans, configurable durability levels, LZ4 compression, and background compaction. It uses a hardware-accelerated Bloom-filter format with AES support, provides default 64 MiB memtables and block caches, and includes durability presets ranging from “Durable” (periodic WAL sync) to “Paranoid” (sync on every acknowledgement). Benchmarks show TurboKV 0.6.0 outperforming fjall and redb in key-throughput, especially when the WAL is disabled.
