Turn off and restrict access to Apple Intelligence features on Mac

Apple Intelligence features on macOS 27 can be disabled by navigating to System Settings → Siri, then selecting “Turn Off Siri” and confirming. In Messages, Mail, Notifications, and Phone, users can toggle off summarization, smart replies, and voicemail suggestions through each app’s Settings menu. Switching to Siri Classic is available by turning Siri off, then enabling it and choosing “Use Siri Classic.”
