Ubisoft's FOR HONOR will block SteamOS / Linux players starting September 10

Ubisoft announced that FOR HONOR will stop supporting SteamOS/Linux on September 10, disabling its Easy Anti-Cheat on that platform. The company said the removal is to maintain a “fair competitive environment” because it cannot effectively deploy protection for Linux users. Ubisoft added it may revisit the decision if anti-cheat solutions improve.
