Universal Music Group is collaborating with ElevenLabs on a new AI-powered creation platform

Universal Music Group and ElevenLabs have signed a multi-year licensing agreement to build an AI-powered platform that lets fans remix and mash up licensed tracks from participating UMG artists while ensuring compensation. The unnamed software will use ElevenLabs’ technology to generate new track interpretations and personalized vocal experiences, and the companies will also co-develop additional AI audio products for artists.
