Unvaccinated Pennsylvania woman died of measles complications, coroner says

A 40-year-old unvaccinated woman in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, died from measles complications, marking the third measles-related death in the United States this year. All three fatalities have occurred in Pennsylvania amid an outbreak that has produced more than 670 cases and 124 hospitalizations across 37 counties, the first measles deaths in the state in 35 years.
