UPS is investing more than $2bn across international, healthcare and supply chain

UPS is allocating more than $2 billion to expand its international, healthcare, and supply-chain operations from 2024 through 2028, shifting investment from its domestic parcel network to specialized freight, brokerage, and temperature-controlled logistics. The plan includes new hubs in the Philippines, Ontario, Hong Kong (air hub by 2028) and Taiwan, plus an Amsterdam facility that combines freight, brokerage and cold-chain services.
