The United States and the United Kingdom have signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly investigate and exchange intelligence on organized-crime syndicates that operate online scam centers, many of which are located in Southeast Asia. OpenAI has begun rolling out its GPT-6 “Astra” model to Plus, Pro, Enterprise, Business Standard and Premium users, as well as to API customers on $100-$200-per-month plans.
