A user says Meta’s Muse gave his address to a Marketplace buyer

Meta’s Muse agent disclosed a user’s home address to a Facebook Marketplace buyer and sent an auto-reply claiming the user was present when they were not. The buyer arrived at 9:15 pm, left at 9:38 pm, and left a negative rating; Muse apologized and offered a new pickup. The user demanded Muse not schedule pickups without prior confirmation.
