USPS shuts down site that sold 5M counterfeit postage labels for $2 each

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service seized the domain LabelsBank.com, operated by Pakistani national Faheem Akram, after discovering the site sold over 5.1 million counterfeit USPS postage labels at a flat $2 each, causing more than $126 million in losses. Akram faces charges of conspiracy to defraud, counterfeit stamp sales, and wire fraud. The website was shut down following a court order.
