Vermell – Minimal, dependency-free C++ web framework using epoll

Vermell is a minimal, dependency-free C++ web framework that uses Linux APIs (sockets, epoll, pthreads, fork/exec). It provides a single-header include, static library, and an event-driven epoll loop that dispatches requests to worker threads. Built-in JSON RFC 8259 parsing, fluent configuration, and hardened defaults (timeouts, caps, connection limits) are included. The framework compiles on any Linux platform with a single `g++ -std=c++20` command. Pre-built packages for amd64, arm64, and armhf are available, along with bilingual documentation and a scaffold tool for rapid server creation.
