The author argues that modern life’s frustration stems from large, rule-bound institutions that replace the autonomy of a hunter-gatherer existence, even though we now possess advanced technology. They suggest using space-age tools to enable personalized, flexible ways of living while treating bureaucratic rules as optional constraints rather than immutable necessities.
