When Google Cuts Off Access: Poland and the World

Google disabled a Gmail account on September 1, 2026, citing “spam” without naming a message. The author filed six complaints to Anthropic, appealed five times, and lodged formal complaints with the Office of Electronic Communications, the Personal Data Protection Office, and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, receiving no response. Attempts to deliver documents to Google Poland’s registered office in Warsaw were blocked by security staff. Google Poland’s local office was not listed in public records.
