Why Microsoft Entertainment Pack had a sticker announcing that it had Tetris?

The first Microsoft Entertainment Pack for Windows shipped without a numeric title, and its initial boxes omitted any reference to Tetris because the licensing agreement was still pending. After the deal closed, a red “Now includes TETRIS for Windows!” sticker was applied, later becoming part of the box art and indicating the pack as “Microsoft Entertainment Pack 1.”
