XDOF, just three months out of stealth, is in talks for a Series B at a $1.2B valuation

XDOF, founded by UC Berkeley researchers Philipp Wu and Fred Shentu in 2024, is in late-stage talks for a Series B at roughly $1.2 billion after its $70 million Series A and annualized revenue near $50 million. The company builds teleoperation data pipelines and annotation tools, releasing the ABC dataset—claimed as the largest high-quality robot training collection—while serving about 20 customers, including frontier AI labs.
