Xiaomi’s first EV just passed half a million deliveries

Xiaomi’s SU7 sedan hit 500,000 cumulative deliveries on 17 August, 28.5 months after its first handover. In the first seven months of 2026, SU7 deliveries fell 43.6% to 101,540 units, while total Xiaomi deliveries rose 14.8% to 216,322. The new YU7 SUV recorded 10,223 deliveries, a 28.6% drop from June. Xiaomi aims for 550,000 vehicles in 2026, needing about 67,000 monthly deliveries for the rest of the year, and will promote the Sky Nomad range and a 2027 European launch.
