XWayland 26.1-rc1 Released Two Years After the Last Release

XWayland 26.0.99.901, the first release candidate for XWayland 26.1.0, removes EGLStream support and adds a clipboard/primary selection bridge for rootful mode. It introduces multi-seat support via Xi2, “wl_fixes” for destroy_global and ack_global_remove, improved RandR emulation with native mode preference, and system-bell integration through the Wayland protocol.
