YouTube will let you build your own homepage feeds with AI prompts

YouTube announced Custom Feeds, letting users create homepage tabs from written prompts that auto-update with new recommendations, and expanded Ask YouTube into a shopping guide with voice queries and organized video reviews. For creators, the platform added Gemini-powered editing tools, thumbnail generation, A/B testing, AI comment moderation, and Shorts Series grouping, while testing real-time auto-dubbing for live streams. The rollout will begin in the U.S. on web, mobile, and TV.
