Zillow settles antitrust lawsuit with the FTC

Zillow settled the FTC’s antitrust suit that alleged it paid Redfin $100 million to cease its internet listing service for apartment rentals. The agreement restores Redfin’s ILS market entry with a larger inventory and obliges Zillow to share employee data for recruitment and let customers renegotiate contracts without fees.
